Spetstyazhavtotrans Group of companies completed the delivery of a 2019 batch of oversized heavyweight equipment for the Amur Gas Processing Plant.

On 27 August 2019, specialists of the Spetstyazhavtotrans Group of companies completed the unloading of oversized heavyweight equipment at the berth of the Amur Gas Processing Plant (currently under construction), thereby successfully completing the delivery planned for this year.

This batch consisted of 54 units of oversized heavyweight equipment with a total weight of 5432.6 tons. The heaviest cargo is NRU Column 1, weighing 866.7 tons.

The first barge with a new batch of oversized heavyweight equipment is moored to the berth of the Amur GPP under construction.

“Despite the fact that the Amur Region and Khabarovsk Territory have been in emergency state caused by a flood in the Zeya River basin since the end of July, and also despite the forced stoppage of barge traffic due to the flooding of the berth at the Amur GPP, we managed to catch up with the work schedule of equipment delivery. Today, the first cargo was transferred to the customer.  We met the 25-day delivery time, according to the contract”, said Dmitry Metelitsyn, project manager for equipment delivery for the Amur Gas Processing Plant, Spetstyazhavtorans Group of Companies.

The entire batch of equipment for the Amur GPP is loaded onto barges in the port of De-Kastri.

Specialists OKB “Spetstyazhproekt” finished loading a large heavy equipment for the Amur GPP.  The last three barges left the port of De-Kastri on July 27-28.
