Polynom LLC took part in the reconstruction and modernization of the plant.

Polynom, subcontracted by VNIPIneft JSC, had developed project documentation for the first stage of the reconstruction of the following facilities: hydrotreatment of diesel fuels LP-24-2000, hydrotreatment of gasoline, catalytic cracking, hydrogen production and off-site plant facilities.

The positive conclusion of the State Expert Evaluation Department of Russia was received in December 2011.

The construction of the light naphtha isomerization unit became a part of a large-scale reconstruction of the Moscow Refinery. Polynom LLC had developed working and project documentation.

Due to fast and effective work of designers, reconciled development of project and working documentation and swift implementation of author’s supervision of construction progress, the unit was commissioned in 2013 – 2.5 years ahead of schedule.

In October 2014, Polynom’s project “Light naphtha isomerization unit at Gazpromneft Moscow Refinery JSC” was awarded with “The Best Realized Industrial Construction Project” diploma by the II All-Russian Professional Contest of the National Association of Designers. Oksana Tumakova, project’s main architect, and Natalya Levinskaya, project’s manager, were awarded with personal diplomas.

In the framework of the modernization project, technical re-equipment of electrical equipment was also carried out, design and working documentation of the controller, general industrial facilities were developed.
