In 2013, Polynom LLC developed the working documentation for the Heavy Residue Conversion Complex construction (combi-cracking complex – VCC). More than twenty specialized Russian planning and design organizations had worked under the direction of Polynom.

The project documentation received a positive conclusion from the FAA “Main Directorate of State Expertise” of Russia.

By the end of 2014, Polynom LLC had developed working documentation for:

  • combi-cracking unit (VCC), subcontracted by “ToyoEngineering”;
  • complex sulfur plant with amine recovery and water stripping, subcontracted by “KNM Group Berhad”
  • off-plant facilities, subcontracted by TAIF-NK PSC
