During the summer navigation period, the Spetstiazhavtotrans group of companies delivered 79 units of oversized heavy equipment for the Amur GPP by water, with a total volume of more than 60 thousand freight tons, including two 88-meter, 830-ton demethanizers.

On 25th of August 2018, “Spetstyazhavtotrans” Group of companies (OKB “Spetstyazhproekt”) has delivered the last shipment of cargo to a specialized berth and successfully completed water transportation of the equipment for the modernization of the production complex of the Afipsky Refinery.

On July 10, an 830-ton demethanizer installation, delivered to the town of Svobodny by ‘OKB ‘Spetstyazhproekt’, was launched at the Amur Gas Processing Plant.
– Of course, installing a demethanizer column is a significant event for the whole project. Today we are moving to a new stage – we began to install heavy equipment. The work may not be the most difficult, but technologically, certainly, the most responsible, – commented the director of the project of construction of licensed installations Pavel Shibalov.

830-ton demethanizer, manufactured in South Korea, arrived in Svobodny. The cargo passed 284 km by sea from the port of De-Kastri to Nikolaevsk-on-Amur, 2000 km along the Amur River to Blagoveshchensk and 212 km along the Zeya River to a temporary berth near Svobodny.

PGV-1000 went to St. Petersburg
On September 19, in Serpukhov, from the manufacturing plant of ZiO-Podolsk, the railway transporter delivered another steam generator intended for the Belene nuclear power plant. In total, eight PGV-1000 will be transferred to Bulgaria. Arrived in mid-September, the cargo was the fourth in a row.
